10 minute Low impact workout

Did you know you don’t have to jog or up to have a good warm up?

Your can be smart and effective can warm up. 

Tune in to your body and what you are warming up for. Your warm up should target the muscles you will be using the most and leave you feeling good.  This is a more general warmup that lets you get ready without impact and wont feel like a cardio workout. 

This can also be used as a movement break. I often call it a motion break but it is the same thing. This is technically fed motion, so I do use the word motion a lot. 

I had some camera issues with the focus the day I filmed this, but I decided to post it anyway.  It is just me making all of this for you. So here is to not being perfect.
