Let’s add a little bit of movement to your day!
It is good to sit and stand and move through out the day. We don’t want too much of one.
So here is a little break from sitting and standing. Taking a few 15 to 20 minute breaks through out your day is what I suggest.
You can add this 15 minute routine or make up your own and add in some walks. I would be willing to bet that your body will
thank you at the end of the day.
