4 minute Foot Maintenance routine

How often do u take care of our feet?
I don’t mean a pedicure

 

We stand, walk, run, dance, and balance with our feet every day.

Most of us don’t take the time to workout or feet to keep the stable, strong and flexible.

How would you do this?

Start with:
-Going bare foot more often
-Walking on the balls of your feet
-Walking on your heels
-calf raise
– stretch out in a lunge position with a straight leg then bent

You can do this routine a few times a week.
