BBQ Burgers

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp of BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup of minced mushrooms
  • ½ small onion chopped

Instructions

For The Bun

  • I took a yam and sliced it into disks and grilled them in a George foreman grill.
  • It only took about ten minutes
  • But if you have a lot of people to serve all at once baking a bunch in the oven works too.
  • I also took a romaine lettuces leaf and wrapped it around
  • You can do both or just one up to you.
  • I used more barbecue sauce on top of the burger instead of ketchup
  • So much flavor!
