Why does no one tells you how to use your feet?

Your feet are your foundation.

If you walk, stand, run, workout, or dance you need to know how to take care of your feet and keep them in proper health.

It’s possible that the reason your knees go out of alignment, you have weakness in your hips, or you’re not engaging your car correctly could all be coming from your foundation.Yes other reasons include muscle imbalances, bone structure, genetics ect.
