This simple guacamole is great for summer. ​​ I have used this guacamole in salad, with plantain chips, Siesta chips, beet chips, and on chicken. You can eat them with corn chips or whatever you want but grains are a no for me. If your stomach allows you to you can add corn and beans too.  ​​   serves about 5 hungry people
Servings 5 Hungry People


  • 3 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 to mato
  • 3 tbsp onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 3 dashes chili pepper or to taste
  • pinch of salt or to taste


  • Cut avocados in half, take out pit, and with a spoon scoop out in to bowl
  • Roll lime on the counter pressing down, then cut in half, and squeeze in to bowl
  • With a fork mash avocado to desired smoothness or chunkiness
  • Mince onion and garlic
  • Dice tomatoes
  • add in onion garlic and tomatoes
  • Add in spices
  • Stir till blended evenly
