How to Have Open and Healthy Shoulders

In response to a request about rounded shoulders, I have made this video.

It is full of exercises that are shoulder focused that are great for shoulder stability, and maintenance. 

There are a lot of exercises, start with 3 and incorporate them into your warm up and or mobility routine.

If your don’t have a warm up or mobility routine no worries.
