I have heard complaints/comments that I’m not strong/flexible enough. You dont know till u try and it’s ok to adapt. That’s how you survive. You are hurting yourself if you give up. Everyone starts somewhere. There are people stronger and more flexible than me and its inspirational. Do what u need to do and you may be shocked at the progress you can make if you try and stay consistent.
