Upper Body Bodyweight Workout In less than 20 min

This upper body work out is great for shoulders and requires good form in the plank position. If you struggle with planks then drop your knees down the the floor or elevate your hands onto a bench.

                                               Two ways to do this workout.                                             

1.) supper-set it for 3-4 rounds 

  • 5 Pushups
  • 30 sec Supine Plank
  • 5 Pushups
  • 30 sec Supine Plank
  • 20 Down Dog to Plank
  • 20 Shoulder Taps
  • 20 Down Dog to Plank
  • 20 Shoulder Taps
  • Burn out rocks and circles

2.) Go through all the moves once as one round then repeat for a total of 3-4 rounds. 

  • 5 Pushups
  • 30 sec Supine Plank
  • 20 Down Dog to Plank
  • 20 Shoulder Taps
  • Burn out rocks and circle
